Joe Kortenhof won the 3,000 meters at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge with a record-setting run and was named the Midwest Conference track Performer of the Week. A senior from Portland, Ore., Kortenhof won the event in 8:36.44 to break the Lawrence record of 8:36.82 set by Josh Janusiak in 2019. Kortenhof won the event going away as the second-place finisher was more than seven seconds behind. Kortenhof owns the top time in the Midwest Conference by 13 seconds and ranks 44th in all of NCAA Division III.
