No. 8 hitter Liz Jonjak hit .462 for the week by going 6-for-13. No. 9 hitter Rachel Urich hit .444 by going 4-for-9 and posted a .583 on-base percentage. The Vikings averaged 6.3 runs over the past four games and hit .358 as a team.

The second-seeded Vikings take on No. 3 seed Lake Forest in the semifinals and top seed Grinnell takes on fourth-seeded Cornell in the other semifinal. The winners meet for the title Friday afternoon and a berth in the NCAA Division III Championships. The singles and doubles championships take place Saturday and Sunday at Nielsen Tennis Stadium.
