OSHKOSH, Wis. -- A big first half proved too much to overcome for the Lawrence University men's basketball team Sunday in a 92-66 nonconference loss to UW-Oshkosh at Kolf Sports Center.
Oshkosh (4-2) shot out to a 48-24 lead at the half and held that margin throughout most of the second half. Lawrence trimmed the lead to 21 points early in the second half but couldn't get any closer.
Connor Duax paced Oshkosh with 17 points and a game-high eight rebounds. Oshkosh shot 53.2 percent from the floor and limited Lawrence to 42.6 percent.
