APPLETON, Wis. -- The Edgewood College men's soccer team scored a pair of goals less than two minutes apart in the first half Wednesday and rode that to a 3-0 non-conference victory over Lawrence University on Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl.
Edgewood (4-1-0) got goals from Garrett Lee at the 19:55 mark and Luke Miller at 21:46 to take control early. The Eagles' Riley Moore scored just 1:43 before halftime to give Edgewood a 3-0 lead at the break.
Dan Dombrowski made three saves to pick up the shutout. Julier Riviere stopped five shots for the Vikings (1-4-0).
Edgewood had a 13-8 edge in shots.
