RIPON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University swim teams split a dual meet on Saturday at Ripon College.

The Lawrence women doubled up the Red Hawks 134-67, and Ripon's men edged Lawrence 98-86.

Elise Riggle, Erin Lengel and Emmi Zheng were all multiple individual winners for the Lawrence women. Riggle won the 1,000-yard freestyle in 11:40.62 and took the 500 freestyle in 5:40.99. Lengel grabbed first in the 200 freestyle in 2:02.17 and in the 100 butterfly in 1:02.46. Zheng won the 200 individual medley in 2:27.73 and grabbed first in the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.09.

Other winners for the Lawrence women were Emmi Zheng in the 200 individual medley, Eryn Blagg in the 100 freestyle, the 200 medley relay team and the 200 freestyle relay team.

On the men's side, Charlie Phillips swam to victories in the 500 freestyle and 1,000 freestyle. Phillips was first in the 1,000 freestyle in 10:56.48 and took first in the 500 freestyle in 5:23.68.

Anton Hutchinson won the 200 freestyle, and Tom Goldberg took first in the 100 breaststroke for the Vikings. Lawrence's 200 medley relay also grabbed a first place.
