Vikings fall to Grinnell in MWC Tournament semifinals

MADISON, Wis. -- The Grinnell College men's tennis team stopped Lawrence University 5-0 Friday in the semifinals of the Midwest Conference Tournament at Nielsen Tennis Stadium.

The Pioneers (17-9) took the three doubles matches and then won at Nos. 2 and 6 singles to close out the victory. 

Lawrence (11-10) was playing in the MWC Tournament for the second consecutive season. The Vikings will go after individual singles and doubles titles at the MWC Championships on Saturday and Sunday.
