LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Lake Forest College men's tennis team posted a 7-2 Midwest Conference victory over Lawrence University on Saturday.

Matt Chan picked up both of the wins for the Vikings. Chan teamed with Evan Oriel 9-8 victory at No. 3 doubles, and Chan went on to collect a 3-6, 6-4, 1-0 win at No. 6 singles. Chan won the super-tiebreaker over Brant Christensen 10-7.

Lake Forest improved to 12-7 overall and 6-1 in the league. Lawrence fell to 11-8 and 5-2 in the conference.
