Vikings shut out by River Falls

Lawrence fell 4-0 at UW-River Falls.

RIVER FALLS, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's soccer team fell 4-0 in a nonconference game at UW-River Falls on Saturday.

The Falcons led just 1-0 at the half, but River Falls scored 57 seconds into the second half to double its advantage. The Falcons then added goals in the 70th and 76th minute to pull away.

Amanda LaDue made two saves in the first half to pick up the win for River Falls. Katlyn Seiffert made five saves for the Vikings.

River Falls had a 27-9 edge in shots.
