DE PERE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University track teams took three individual titles Saturday at the St. Norbert College Quad at Schneider Stadium.
Kortenhof won the 5,000 in 16:06.49, nearly eight seconds faster than Carthage's Matt August. Lawrence's Ben Schaefer grabbed third in 16:52.97.
Shea posted a winning jump of 42 feet, 7 inches, in the triple jump. He easily won the title over St. Norbert's Kevin Schlichter, who was second at 40-11.75.
Kilgus grabbed first in the 1,500 in 4:59.18, more than eight seconds faster than Carthage's Maddy Schwartz.
Lawrence's women's 4x100 relay team was second in 53.37 seconds, and the 4x400 team was third in 4:32.33.
Lawrence took two of the top six spots in the 100 as Fanita Robins finished third in 12.97 seconds and Janey Degnan was sixth in 13.84. Hallie Sogin grabbed third in the 400 hurdles in 1:17.31, and Christina Sedall was fourth in the 3,000 steeplechase in 12:49.22.
The Lawrence women finished fifth with 48 points, and Concordia (Wis.) was first with 190.5.
On the men's side, Lawrence grabbed a trio of second-place finishes. Teddy Kortenhof was second in the steeplechase in 10:42.58, and Alec Timpe took fifth in 11:05.82. The 4x100 relay was second in 47.56, and the 4x400 team was second in 3:55.04.
Dan Sandacz placed in both hurdle events as he took fourth in the 400 hurdles in 59.74 and sixth in the 110 hurdles in 16.66.
