Vikings drop season finale at Edgewood

MADISON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team ended its season Saturday with a 3-0 nonconference loss to Edgewood College at the Todd Wehr Edgedome.

The Eagles won 25-14, 25-17, 25-19 in a match that was part of the Edgewood Quad.

Arianna Neumeyer had just five kills to lead the Vikings, and Sophia Galassini added four. Neumeyer also picked up a team-high 11 digs.

Katie Kumbalek and Ashley Camling added 10 digs apiece, and Camling had a team-high six assists.

Mackenzie Doherty paced Edgewood with nine kills, and Alex Zapuchlak ahd 18 assists.
