Adam Bruce ran a personal record on his way to a third-place finish at the Gene Davis Invitational. The senior from Gladstone, Mich., covered the 8,000 meters at Reid Golf Course in 25:45.0, a minute faster than his previous personal best. Led by Bruce, the Vikings placed fifth in the team standings.
