Cristyn Oliver won the 3,000 meters at the Red Hawk Opener and was named Midwest Conference Track Performer of the Week. The junior from Redondo Beach, Calif., cruised to victory in 10:36.10. Oliver won the event by more than 29 seconds and has the fastest time in the Midwest Conference this season by a margin of 16 seconds.
