Riley Winebrenner placed in two events, including a second-place finish, to lead the Vikings at the Midwest Conference Championships. The sophomore from Auburn, Ind., took second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 11:51.15, and later in the day, Winebrenner raced to eighth place in the 5,000 in 19:26.25.
