Michael Duttlinger tied the school record by striking out 13 in an 11-2 victory over Knox on March 22. The sophomore pitcher from Wheaton, Ill., set the mark in just six innings. He didn't allow a run and gave up just four hits while walking two. He tied the mark held by Chris Isley, who set it in 1965, and Kevin Kangas, who matched it in 2007. Duttlinger is 2-1 on the season with a 4.50 earned run average.
