Will Phillips won a pair of events at the Gene Davis Invitational and was named as Midwest Conference Swimmer of the Week. The first-year from Shorewood, Wis., won the 50-yard freestyle in 22.38 seconds and the 100 freestyle in 48.63 seconds. He also swam on the 200 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay teams, which both finished third.
