Distance runner Edythmae Frodl raced to victory in the 5,000 meters at the Red Hawk Invitational at Ripon College. Frodl paced the field with a winning time of 18:43.80 to beat out teammate Riley Winebrenner by 21-plus seconds and lead a top-three sweep by the Vikings in the event. Led by Frodl, Lawrence grabbed fifth place in the team standings.
