Nick Katz helped Lawrence to a three-game sweep at Grinnell and was named Midwest Conference Pitcher of the Week. A sophomore from San Francisco, Calif., Katz started the second game of the series and tossed six shutout innings in Lawrence's 5-1 victory. He scattered four hits while striking out a career-high seven batters and did not issue a walk.
