Ella Lysne earned Midwest Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors and led her team to the conference championship. A junior goalkeeper from La Crosse, Wis., Lysne posted a pair of shutouts during the week to give Lawrence a share of the regular season title. She posted a 1-0 win over Ripon and then made five saves in a 6-0 victory over Grinnell. Lysne hasn't allowed a goal in more than 300 minutes.
