Jonah Palmer turned in a stellar pitching performance to pick up his first collegiate victory. A first-year player from Smithville, Mo., Palmer earned the win in a 9-5 victory over Ripon. He went 6.1 innings, allowed just two hits and no earned runs while striking out six and walking one. Palmer lowered his ERA to 4.30 on the season and opponents are hitting just .196 against him.
