Irene Yank claimed Midwest Conference Track Performer of the Week honors in the season opener at North Central. The senior from Franklin, Wis., raced to fifth place in the 60-meter hurdles at the Cardinal Opener in a time of 10.64 seconds, good for the fourth-fastest time in the league this season.
