Nolan Mahaffey posted a pair of victories in goal and was chosen as one of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association 3 Stars of the Week. The sophomore goaltender from Grove City, Pa., made 22 saves in a 4-2 victory in the series opener and then stopped 33 shots in a 2-1 overtime win the following day. For the weekend, he posted a .948 save percentage and 1.49 goals against average.
