Mallory Meyer scored a game-high 16 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead Lawrence to a 66-62 Midwest Conference win over Knox. The first-year from Battle Ground, Wash., also scored eight points, grabbed two rebounds and picked up a block and a steal in a 66-50 loss at Illinois College.
