Whiting Field Track Complex

Whiting Field Track & Field Complex

Whiting Field has been the home of Lawrence University track and field since 1925, and its completely renovated outdoor track provides the Vikings with a premier venue for training and competition in the Fox Valley. Located at 1100 E. South River St., the facility underwent a $4.3 million renovation that was completed in 2023.

The facility features a nine-lane, lighted track with a high-performance polyurethane surface in Lawrence's signature dark blue. The complex was designed to accommodate a wide range of track and field events, with competition areas both inside and outside the oval.
