Box Score   DULUTH, Minn. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team kept it close until the midway point of the game Sunday when the College of St. Scholastica pulled away and posted a 9-2 Northern Collegiate Hockey Association victory at Mars Lakeview Arena.

Delaney Kingsland had a goal and an assist to lead Lawrence (0-2-0, 0-2-0 NCHA), and
Lauren Askenazy scored for the second consecutive game for the Vikings. Ashley Healy picked up a hat trick for St. Scholastica (5-0-0, 2-0-0).
  The Saints built a 3-0 lead with 1:24 remaining in the first period when Kingsland scored her first career goal just 21 seconds later to trim the margin to 3-1 after one period. Healy then scored twice to start the second period to complete her hat trick, but the Vikings bounced back again.
  Askenazy took a feed from Kingsland and beat goaltender Ashlea Arvidson to trim the lead to 5-2 with 7:28 remaining in the second. The Saints answered quickly as Courtney Bloemke scored 26 seconds later to stretch the lead back to four. The Saints then added a trio of third-period goals to close out the scoring.

Katie Jablynski stopped 63 shots for the Vikings. Lawrence did score twice on 13 shots as Arvidson finished with 11 saves.Â
