Vikings toppled at Concordia

Laney Martens scored her first collegiate goal vs. Concordia.
Box Score     MEQUON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team dropped a 9-1 Northern Collegiate Hockey Association decision to Concordia University Wisconsin at the Ozaukee Ice Arena on Friday.
    Laney Martens picked up her first collegiate goal when she scored for the Vikings in the third period off an assist from Lauren Askenazy.
    The Falcons got four goals from Ally Hull and led 5-0 through two periods. Lawrence did hold Concordia to 0-for-6 on the power play. 
    Shea Peterson made 10 saves and picked up the win for Concordia. Katie Jablynski made the start for Lawrence and collected 19 saves in the opening period. Sydney Seeley stopped 32 shots over the final two periods for Lawrence.
