LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team scored in the final seconds of regulation Saturday to help secure a 3-3 overtime tie at Lake Forest College, and the Vikings then won the shootout.
  Lawrence's
Aislinn O'Hagan scored with 16 seconds left in regulation to tie the game at 3-3 and force overtime. The teams traded shots in the overtime, but neither was able to score and it went to the shootout.
  After Lake Forest scored in the first round of the shootout,
Kate Holtz scored for the Vikings in the second round. O'Hagan then scored for the Vikings in the third round to give Lawrence the advantage. Lawrence goaltender
Sarah Dobrzynski then stopped Lake Forest's Victoria Liu to seal the win.
  Lawrence (1-4-1, 1-2-1 NCHA) grabbed the early advantage when
Leina Quiniou scored her first collegiate goal off an assist by
Elsie Salerno at the 7:17 mark of the first period. Lake Forest then scored the game's next three goals and led 3-1 with 15:32 left in the third period.
  The Vikings cut into that lead when Holtz scored her first collegiate goal off a pass from
Lizzy Jorgensen with 5:33 remaining in regulation to trim the margin to 3-2.
  Lawrence later pulled Dobrzynski for an extra attacker, and O'Hagan scored with 16 seconds left to tie the game at 3-3.
  Dobrzynski stopped 66 shots for the Vikings, and Chelsea Denniss made 14 saves for Lake Forest.
