DE PERE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team jumped out to a two-goal lead Saturday, but No. 10 St. Norbert College rallied for a 7-2 victory in a Slaats Cup quarterfinal playoff series game.
  The Green Knights (22-4-1) won the series 2-0. Lawrence finishes the season at 6-17-4.
  Lawrence led 2-0 less than six minutes into the contest.Â

Meg Landman's unassisted goal at 2:55 of the opening period gave Lawrence a 1-0 lead. St. Norbert's Natalie Hogan was whistled for hooking at the 4:48 mark to put Lawrence on the power play, and the Vikings cashed in.
Reese Deibert scored off assists from
Emma Perry and
Lauren Askenazy at the 5:53 mark for a 2-0 advantage.
  Lawrence finished 1-for-5 on the power play, and St. Norbert was 1-for-7.
  St. Norbert bounced back quickly with three goals in less than five minutes and led 3-2 after the opening period. The Green Knights then scored three times in the first 9:53 of the second period to take control. St. Norbert tacked on a goal early in the third for the final margin.

Sarah Dobrzynski made the start for the Vikings and made 39 saves through the first 51 minutes. Senior
Sydney Seeley played the final 9:12 and stopped 14 shots. Kiera Markell made six saves for St. Norbert.
