High School: Competed in cross country and track and field as a distance runner at Lawrence High School. Served as team captain as a senior. Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and two-year varsity letterwinner in track and field. Member of National Honor Society. Coached by Kyle Morgison throughout all four years of high school.

Personal: Parents are Shawn Alexander and Kelly Farrell. Undecided major.
