Biography
College: 2026 indoor 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter school record holder. 2026 outdoor 10,000-meter school record holder. 2025 All-Midwest Conference selection in cross country, placing ninth. 2026 All-Midwest Conference selection in the indoor 5,000 meters and distance medley relay, placing second and third, respectively. 2026 All-Midwest Conference selection in the outdoor 10,000 meters, placing third. 2025-26 Elite Viking Award recipient for cross country and track and field. Competed at the 2024 national championships.
High School: Four-year wrestler and the first woman from her school to qualify for and place at the state wrestling championships. Four-year cross country and track and field athlete. Qualified for the state cross country championships. Helped set a school record in the 4x800-meter relay.
Personal: Parents are Emily Courtnage and Andrew Dyke. Chemistry major with a minor in Religious Studies.
