High School: Competed in swimming and water polo. Swim team captain. Won swim team's Sportsmanship Award. Swam for Paul Krick. Played water polo for Frank Kuchta. Member of National Honor Society. Illinois State Scholar. National Merit Commended Scholar. National Spanish Examination Gold Medalist. Member of Distinguished Honor Roll, which is top 2 percent of the class. Personal: Jeff Stanley and Lissa Mach Stanley '90. Her cousin, Charlie Phillips, is class of 2021. Linguistics and Spanish double major with minor in cognitive science.
