Pond Award, given by the Department of Athletics for all-around athletic ability by a senior woman in two or more sports. 2024 All-Midwest Conference in cross country. 2023 All-Midwest Conference performer in cross country. 2022 All-Midwest Conference cross country honoree. 2021 All-Midwest Conference cross country honoree. 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District. 2023 and 2024 United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Athlete. 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District. Member of Academic All-Midwest Conference team. Member of Chi Alpha Sigma, National College Athlete Honor Society. High School: Competed at Rocky Mountain High School in cross country, track and field and volleyball. Four-year state championships qualifier. Won Four-Year Varsity Award. Two-time Runner of the Year Award winner. Won the Rocky Mountain Way Award. Won Most Improved Runner Award.
