Jason Kradman

Jason Kradman enters his first season with the Lawrence University football program after building a reputation as one of the most successful and respected high school football coaches in the country.

Kradman arrives at Lawrence following a highly successful tenure as head football coach and offensive coordinator at Jupiter High School in Florida. Since taking over the program in 2022, he guided Jupiter to a 28-2 record over three seasons, two conference championships, and some of the most successful years in school history. His teams excelled both on the field and in the classroom, earning three Florida High School Athletic Association Academic Championships for posting the highest football team GPA in the state.

For his success, Kradman was named South Florida Sun-Sentinel Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2025 and earned Florida Athletic Coaches Association Coach of the Year honors three times.

Prior to Jupiter, Kradman served as head football coach and offensive coordinator at Lake Park High School in Illinois and spent six seasons leading Maine West High School. At Maine West, he transformed the Warriors program into a perennial contender, leading the school to three consecutive conference championships, its first conference title in 55 years, and the first playoff victory in program history. During his tenure, more than 40 student-athletes went on to play college football.

Kradman's coaching career also includes collegiate stops at the University of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, the University of Nebraska Kearney, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Oregon. While at Wisconsin, he helped the Badgers produce the top scoring offense in the Big Ten and worked alongside several future NFL players, including All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt. Throughout his collegiate coaching career, he has helped develop dozens of players who advanced to the professional ranks.

Known for his offensive expertise, program-building ability, and commitment to academic excellence, Kradman has consistently led programs that excel on and off the field. His experience spans recruiting, player development, game planning, staff leadership, and program administration, including overseeing large staffs, budgets, and community engagement initiatives.

Kradman earned an MBA in Sport and Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri and holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sport Management from the University of Florida.
