Nolan Mahaffey was outstanding in net as Lawrence split a weekend series at No. 9 Trine. In the series opener, the first-year goaltender from Grove City, Pa., stopped 36 shots in Lawrence's 4-2 victory. He made 45 saves the following day in a 3-2 overtime setback, allowing only a trio of power-play goals. Mahaffey posted a .942 save percentage and 2.45 goals against average.
