Michael Thorson won two events and swam on two winning relays in Lawrence's 124-26 dual meet victory at Beloit. The senior from McFarland, Wis., won the 1,000-yard freestyle in 10:44.88 and swam to first in the 100 backstroke in 58.72 seconds. He also swam on the winning 200 medley relay team and 200 freestyle relay team.
