Taylor Freeman put together a sizzling week at the plate by hitting .733 over four games and was named Midwest Conference Player of the Week. The senior second baseman from Missouri City, Texas, went 11-for-15 with a double, three homers, six runs batted in and six runs scored. He had a 1.400 slugging percentage and a 2.165 OPS. Freeman also went 7-for-7 on stolen bases.
