Taylor Freeman hit .400 on the week and put up some big power numbers as the Vikings moved into first place in the Midwest Conference. The senior second baseman from Missouri City, Texas, went 10-for-25 with four homers, two doubles, 14 runs batted in and 10 runs scored in six games. Freeman also went 7-for-7 on stolen bases.
