Cristyn Oliver won the title at the Midwest Conference Championships and led the Vikings to their first team title since 2001. The sophomore from Redondo Beach, Calif., was first in 22:30.72 and won by a whopping 48 seconds. Oliver also earned MWC Newcomer of the Year honors.
