Yui Ito led Lawrence to a victory over Lakeland and was named Midwest Conference Player of the Week. The first-year from Urayasu-Shi, Japan, teamed with Andrew Larson for an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles. Ito then rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 4 singles as the Vikings downed Lakeland 7-2.
