RIPON, Wis. -- Arianna Neumeyer pounded out 17 kills Saturday to lead the Lawrence University volleyball team to a 3-1 non-conference victory over Marian University at the Red Hawks Invitational.

Lawrence defeated the Sabres 23-25, 25-16, 25-22, 25-22.

Neumeyer added 11 digs, three aces and a pair of blocks. Rachael Wuensch and Colleen Nowlan had eight kills apiece for Lawrence (4-10), and Arianna Cohen added seven.

Lauren Ray paced the Vikings with 26 assists, and Sydney Nelson added 17. Cyra Bammer had a team-high 18 digs for the Vikings, and Katie Kumbalek picked up 17.
