WAUKESHA, Wis. -- The Carroll University women's soccer team leaped out to big first-half lead Wednesday and went on to a 7-0 non-conference win over Lawrence University at Schneider Stadium.

Carroll scored six first-half goals and tacked on another in the first five minutes of the second half to complete the scoring.

Rachel Van Sluys scored a pair of goals for Carroll.

Two Carroll goalkeepers were forced to make only one save to pick up the shuout. Katlyn Seiffert stopped six shots for the Vikings.
