MOUNT VERNON, Iowa -- The Lawrence University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 Midwest Conference decision at Cornell College on Friday night at the Multi-Sport Center.

Cornell topped the Vikings 25-12, 25-19, 25-14.

Liza Stalcup and Sophia Galassini had four kills apiece to pace the Vikings. Arianna Neumeyer picked up 16 digs to go with three kills for Lawrence. Averie Miller had a team-best 11 assists and collected seven digs.

Nicole Ciari had 13 kills for Cornell, and Jillian Schulte handed out 36 assists.
