Box Score   MEQUON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's hockey team saw its rally come up short Saturday in a 6-3 Northern Collegiate Hockey Association loss to Concordia University Wisconsin at the Ozaukee Ice Center.
  The Vikings trailed by two goals three different times in the game and cut the margin to one all three times before Concordia sealed the victory with a pair of late goals.
  Lawrence (2-4-0, 2-4-0 NCHA) was down 2-0 early when Vincent Dekumbus scored for the Vikings at the 12:04 mark of the first. Concordia then picked up a goal in the final two minutes to lead 3-1 after one period.
  The Vikings trimmed the lead to 3-2 when
Ivan Galaguzov scored off assists from Zach Olen and
Zach Lodes at the 8:00 mark of the second period. The Falcons pushed the lead back to 4-2 when Nick Guerra completed the hat trick with his third goal of the night at the 16:12 mark of the second.
  A five-minute major penalty against Concordia five minutes into the third period put the Vikings on the power play. Lawrence lost the advantage when the Vikings were called for high sticking but did cash in on the ensuing 4-on-4. Lodes scored at the 7:57 mark off assists from
Charles Stewart and
Kyle Gierman to cut the lead back to 4-3.
  Lawrence was later whistled for hooking, and Guerra scored his fourth goal of the game at 12:43 to push the lead to 5-3, and the Falcons added an empty-net goal to complete the scoring.

Brian Tallieu made the start for Lawrence but allowed two goals in the first nine minutes and gave way to
Alex Mosquera, who finished with 24 saves. Bo Didur made 39 saves for Concordia (8-10-0, 5-1-0). Lawrence posted a 42-35 edge in shots for the game.
