MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's soccer team scored in the final 15 minutes Friday to post a 2-1 nonconference win over Wisconsin Lutheran College at Warriors Soccer Field.
  Lawrence got goals from
Sean McLaughlin and
Konstantinos Fardellas to grab its first win of the season.
  McLaughlin got Lawrence on the board when he took a pass from
Jack Morrissey and slipped the ball between the legs of the Wisconsin Lutheran goalkeeper for a 1-0 lead at the 37:13 mark.
  The Warriors tied it on a penalty kick in the 71st minute, but Lawrence grabbed the lead back less than seven minutes later.
Derek Morales' pass sliced through the defense and found Fardellas, who held off a pair of defenders to score at 77:31.

Hunter Lanton made four saves to earn the win in goal for Lawrence. Bryce Beckley made seven saves for Wisconsin Lutheran. The Vikings posted a 23-14 edge in shots.
  Lawrence returns to action on Saturday evening when the Vikings host Concordia University Wisconsin on Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl.
