APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's basketball team endured a frigid shooting night Saturday and dropped a 72-43 Midwest Conference decision to Illinois College at Alexander Gymnasium.
  Lawrence (5-5, 2-2 MWC) went just 3-of-19 (15.8 percent) from beyond the arc and finished the game 19-for-50 (38 percent) from the floor.

Parker Prahl came off the bench to lead Lawrence with 11 points and eight rebounds.
Adnan Sarancic added nine points and six rebounds for the Vikings, and
Matthew Kaznikov and
Elliot Jung had eight points apiece.
  Josh Harris led three Illinois College (9-1, 4-0) players in double figures with 17 points.
  Illinois College jumped out to a 10-point lead less than seven minutes into the game and led 39-19 at the half. The Blueboys led by as many as 32 points in the final minute.
  Lawrence returns to action on Tuesday when the Vikings travel to Marian University.Â
