MEQUON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team fell 8-0 to Concordia University Wisconsin on Friday in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at the Ozaukee Ice Center.
  The Falcons carved out a 2-0 lead after the first period, but Concordia exploded for six goals in the second to put the game out of reach. Natalie Mackrell scored twice to pace the Falcons.

Charlie Prior made the start for the Vikings and recorded 19 saves over the first 26 minutes.
Maeve Tallman came on in relief and stopped 29 shots over the final 34 minutes. Kami McCardle made 11 saves to record the shutout for Concordia.
  The teams wrap up the series on Saturday in Appleton.
