COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 nonconference decision to Hardin-Simmons University at the Pikes Peak Challenge.
  Hardin-Simmons won 25-21, 25-17, 25-18 at the El Pomar Sports Complex on the campus of Colorado College.
  First-year player
Kylie Naylor led Lawrence with seven kills, and
Hilirie McLaughlin added five kills for the Vikings.
Dana Mestey picked up 17 assists for Lawrence, and
Kali Pfannerstill had a team-best 13 digs.
    Hardin-Simmons hit at a .337 clip and posted 14 service aces.
