Vikings suffer road setback at Hamline

    SAINT PAUL, Minn. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 nonconference decision to Hamline University on Friday at Hutton Fieldhouse.
    The Pipers topped Lawrence 25-10, 25-8, 25-15.
    Natalee Kragie paced the Vikings with four kills and added a pair of digs. Hilirie McLaughlin and Bailey Nez picked up three kills apiece, and Nez had a team-best seven digs. 
    Dana Mestey led the Vikings with 10 assists and added two kills and four digs. Daphne Piotrowski chipped in with six digs, and Taylor Hughes added five.
    The Vikings return to action on Saturday in the Twin Cities as they face Central College and North Central University.
