LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Lawrence University football team suffered a 76-0 Midwest Conference setback to Lake Forest College on Saturday at Farwell Field.
  The Vikings were limited to 11 first downs and 165 yards of offense by the Foresters.Â
  Lake Forest, now 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the league, scored three touchdowns in both the first and second quarters and built a 42-0 lead at the half.
  Lawrence quarterback
Aidan Williams was 12-for-27 passing for 109 yards but was picked off three times by the Lake Forest defense.
Jake Spencer grabbed a game-high five passes for 59 yards.
Pat Thompson led the Vikings with 17 carries for 53 yards.

Kolbe Gelvin made 13 tackles, including nine solo stops, to pace the Lawrence defense.
Rex Pearson picked up seven tackles, and
Jacob Stanley and
Donzel Andress had six stops apiece. Linebacker
Jon Pasquarello recorded his first career interception to go with four tackles.
  Lawrence returns home next Saturday to face Beloit College in the homecoming game.
