RIPON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's basketball team dropped a 73-49 Midwest Conference game to Ripon College at Weiske Gymnasium on Saturday.
  Ripon led by 13 entering the fourth quarter and pulled away late for the final margin.

Libby Crandall, who has been thriving since moving into the starting lineup, led the Vikings with 15 points as she went 5-for-10 from the floor, including 4-for-7 from 3-point range.
Mallory Meyer added 10 points and four rebounds for the Vikings (7-15, 3-10 MWC).

Delaney Brooks chipped in with six points and a game-high six assists, and
Sophie Morey had six points and pulled down a team-high seven rebounds.
  Lawrence scored the first five points of the game, but Ripon battled back to lead 15-10 after the opening quarter. Ripon pushed the lead to as many as 14 points in the second quarter before Brooks hit a 3-pointer to cut the lead to 34-23 at the half.
  Ripon led 50-37 heading to the fourth quarter, but the Red Hawks scored the first seven points of the final period to pull away.
  Skyylar Brescia led Ripon (15-6, 11-1) with a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds.
