MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team rallied Friday for a 3-2 nonconference victory at Mount Mary University.
Lawrence won 25-19, 23-25, 24-26, 25-15, 15-9 over Mount Mary in the Blue Angel Bash at the Bloechl Center. The victory completed a 2-0 day for the Vikings, who knocked off Alverno College in their opening match Friday.
Lawrence got another big effort from setter Cora Linos, who had nine kills and just one attack error to go with 27 assists and five digs. Linos hit .667 in Friday's two matches.
