MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team rallied Friday for a 3-2 nonconference victory at Mount Mary University.
  Lawrence won 25-19, 23-25, 24-26, 25-15, 15-9 over Mount Mary in the Blue Angel Bash at the Bloechl Center. The victory completed a 2-0 day for the Vikings, who knocked off Alverno College in their opening match Friday.
  Lawrence got another big effort from setter
Cora Linos, who had nine kills and just one attack error to go with 27 assists and five digs. Linos hit .667 in Friday's two matches.

Aliana Butler-Gray led the Vikings' attack with 12 kills and picked up seven blocks.
Hilirie McLaughlin added 10 kills, two blocks and six digs for the Vikings. Lawrence also got six kills from
Callista Lo and five kills from
Bailey Nez.

Daphne Piotrowski led Lawrence with 20 digs, and Lo picked up 13. Nez added 12 digs and four service aces, and
Taylor Hughes had 10 digs and a pair of aces.
  After Lawrence fell behind 2-1, the Vikings stormed back in the fourth set. Lawrence hit .348 in the set to force a decisive fifth set. Lawrence trailed 9-8 in the fifth set, but a Mount Mary service error opened the floodgates.Â
  Lawrence went on a 6-0 run to finish the match as Hughes delivered a pair of huge aces, and Butler-Gray closed out the set and the match with kill.
  Lawrence faces Maranatha Baptist University and Rockford University the tournament on Saturday.Â
